Really happy with the pink flowers I chose for my friends birthday 💝 The owner was so friendly and inviting- such a nice homey feel in there. A lovely lady who has refined her craft - will be returning 🥰

Got a medium bouquet for my partner’s birthday and she was very happy with it. The owner is very helpful and organised. The photo is the bouquet a week after the purchase! Still awesome ☺️

Extremely disappointed with the flowers my partner bought for me from this florist. My partner arrived at the store waiting to collect the ‘Emily’ flowers he ordered online but was told his order was for the previous week (which was a mistake on their end and he had texts for proof) so he had to wait 15 minutes to get them created on the spot. However he was extremely displeased with how the flowers ended up looking, they were already wilting (pictures attached for reference). I’ve attached the reference picture off their website for a comparison and it’s a stark contrast. How can a florist sell flowers that are literally on their way out?

Dropped in to Budz florist for the first time as I was passing by on my wife's birthday. My wife was absolutely delighted with this bunch that was put together for me - possibly one of the nicest flower arrangements I've ever bought. First photo here are 3 days post purchase when all the flowers had fully emerged and second photo at 5 days. Certainly the flowers were all very fresh. I will definitely be coming back.

Ordering flowers is a personal touch—you choose them for the person and occasion. We were shocked when the flowers were delivered, and even that was a bungle as they were sent to the wrong address, forcing us to pick them up ourselves. When we saw the bouquet, I was sure the wrong flowers had been delivered because they looked nothing like the picture on the website. I even called the florist to check, but she assured me they were correct, explaining that some roses weren’t available due to Mother's Day the previous week and that she had sold out, so she did her best with what was in stock. I understand that flower availability can fluctuate, but as a customer ordering from a picture, I expect the bouquet to look close to what was advertised. What we received was nowhere near what we ordered, and it certainly didn’t look like it was worth the $120 we paid. If you can’t supply what’s advertised, you should inform the customer promptly so they can choose an alternative or receive a refund. A refund should have been offered here, as the bouquet was completely different from what we ordered. The result felt impersonal and disappointing, with only six roses matching the original description. Disappointed is an understatement. I would not recommend ordering from this florist.
