FLORIST ON HAMPTON

Had some lovely flowers delivered to my Mum by Florist on Hampton and can highly recommend them - the buying process was easy, the flowers were delightful and the delivery went very smoothly!

Received gorgeous flowers, delivered personally by the florist over a week ago and they are still lovely and quite fresh! I hadn't been to this florist before but certainly will now if I am after a beautiful arrangement.

Such beautiful florist Shop, with fresh, premium, florist-designed range of bouquets and arrangements. Warm welcoming and friendly staff, you would enjoy the time while browsing the flowers. Great place for special gifts to someone you love. Love today's purchase peach blossom light up my apartment. 💖💮🌹💗🌺🌷💐👍👍👍

Beautiful flowers and great customer service. We had a small mix up with an online delivery for Mothers Day - I reached out via email and had a response extremely quickly, and all was fixed within 24 hours including an upgraded bunch. We will certainly come back again.

Great customer service from Gulira and the team. They advised when the flowers had been dielivered and put them in a safe spot out of the heat. Very much appreciated.

Amber at Florist On Hampton is amazing. The work here is unparalleled and the customer service is unmatched. Their bouquets and arrangements are simply divine and put a smile on everyone’s face. Quick responses and fast delivery. Highly recommend.

Terrible. My father ordered flowers for my birthday via Petals Florist Network fulfilled by Florist on Hampton. He was charged $125 for basically 10 stems of lilies which were not presented in any form of bouquet. And then completely unable to get customer support. DISGUSTING RIP OFF. Find somewhere else to spend your money if ordering online, especially from overseas. I can see some beautiful displays on their actual website and great reviews so perhaps this is a case of them making a very poor decision in respect to a relationship with Petals Florist Network who seem to have appalling reviews online. Regardless my parents who are pensioners have wasted what is relatively a lot of money for them on something I could have purchased for less than half the price myself as ZERO design / flower arranging skills were required for what was delivered. While I appreciate the response from Florist on Hampton to this review I seriously question why you would maintain a relationship with an organisation such as Petals. I can see they have horrible reviews online in other forums and ultimately the end service experience is a reflection of both of your brands.
