Good range of products with friendly, knowledgeable staff. The place reminds me a bit of the TARDIS. Bigger on the inside compared to how it appears from the outside. Not sure how it compares in price to its competitors, but seeing as I was able to easily find help from staff members when I needed it (unlike an unmentionable DIY outlet) I will definitely be returning here! FYI - the only downside is their car park is quite small and you may end up having to park across the road at Pinewood Village shopping centre.
Have always bought indoor and outdoor plants from Pinewood. No longer will I for they sometimes supply plants that fail. One such plant (Burrito) is extremely brittle and went to seek a refund, which was refused on the basis that "Pinewood does not supply plants like these". Might take this to Consumer Affairs, not for the $19.95, but for a change in attitudes. Earlier had bought a $650 mid size tree and 8 months after professional planting, it died! Wish I had sought a refund then....
The staff are always so lovely, and they have a great range of plants! Love the little trinkets and things they have in the indoor plant section. Great seed collection too. One of my favourite places to go to just relax and have a look around.
Great plants, well looked after and thriving so worth the trip and the prices are fair given the health of the plants on offer. Very pleasant staff on phones, in person and out in the car park.
Excellent selection of vegetable seedlings and everything else you need. Large Nursery with everything from outdoor seedlings / plants. The staff are always really helpful and informative. The pricing is in the same range as other plant nuserys.
The team were a great assistance to this nin green thumb in advising me what potted plant I could place on my balcony which gets minimal sun. They assisted with their advice, delivery and potted it. So grateful for their help. They were awesome.
Lovely little nursery. I could call a head and ask about stock and they do gift wrapping too. Its much better done than what i would acheive.
