Twig & Bloom

Recently got flowers from Twig and bloom a place i have been to, to get flowers for others before, the owner Emma greeted me with a lovely smile and kind words, she was always makes beautiful arrangements for all occasions. on this particular day my partner had got me some beautiful red roses with some greenery around. I absolutely love them and would highly recommend coming here for all your flower needs

These guys went above and beyond......they left me a voicemail to advise they were about to deliver my gift and wanted to check if I wanted a message for a card as this hadn't come through with my online order. By the time I was able to ring back and confirm that yes I did want a card, they had already left to deliver the gift but assured me they would deliver it separately and just asked me to resend my message for the card. They did exactly this, flowers and gifts are beautiful and customer service 10/10. Thank you so much!

Extremely happy with the bouquet we got for my mother-in-law. The people are awesome, friendly, and have the eye for great colour and arrangements. The flowers last too - we found them not dying or wilting overnight (even in this heat)! Fast service and reasonable pricing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had Emma do the flowers for my wedding last Saturday. She done such an incredible job and really listened and understood the vibe we were after right from the beginning. She has such an artistic eye for detail and really went above and beyond to create such a magical setting. After multiple years of great service from Emma, I’m afraid to say I will not be coming back. Being Autistic and all alone, on the first anniversary of my dog passing away, was hard enough. But the customer service my Mother received after contacting them to mention we were a little disappointed - for the first time - with our latest purchase, was more than enough to turn us away for good. Emma has been amazing in the past, but apparently some other staff there, don’t really care.
