Ritchies IGA Frankston (Towerhill)

Not sure why the Ritchie's App needs to be continually re logged in 🤔🤔😬😬 especially when it's time to pay and it's extremely busy. Purchasing members discounted products and the staff are trying to process all customers as promptly as possible! Not the stores or staffs fault, yet it delays the ability of the quick and efficient service that they always do! Thank you to the staff member today for your patience 🙏 😊 and helping me with my purchase 😀 Absolutely awesome that they were open on ANZAC DAY. The liquor shop was busy and wanting to chill while watching the ANZAC DAY Blockbuster at the MCG on TV, it was very handy that were open today. Ample parking and easy access from all car parking areas. Absolutely awesome that the Supermarket next door was open on ANZAC DAY, so it was possible to organise and purchase my dinner for tonight. The Supermarket was very busy and still very easy to get around and grab what I needed. Customer service female was extremely helpful as I had forgotten my Richie's bag and noticed that I might require something to help me carry my purchases.

I'm not mad I'm just disappointed. One of the best reasons to visit Richie's is because of the $4 bags of fresh Popcorn. This popcorn was better than movie popcorn and would feed a family of 4 easily. Sadly when we went to grab a bag for our movie night we discovered that the popcorn had a serious case of shrinkflation. The popcorn now comes in a popcorn bucket that is half the size it once was while costing the exact same as before. To make matters worse the 220g of popcorn actually weighs 164g and that includes the bloody bucket. This is really disappointing. The staff are friendly and have great customer service.

Friendly and helpful team. Great selection of quality food and fresh produce and the prepared hot food section is also worth a visit. Met Frank in person at the store and can confirm that they are as genuine and community focused as the media suggests.

The refurb here is really great. Very pleasant to shop. Range is good for the store size too. Parking was a little crazy but easy to get a spot once you waited in the one directional queue for others to move

Alex and her sushi crew 🙌🏼 makes the best vegetarian sushi around all of the sushi there is so fresh and well priced. Highly recommended. Thanks for all the great service 😊

Small store but has great items. The deli and Lennards chicken has the perfect things and there is a great selection of breads tucked in the back with nice sourdough. Great health food. Has my favourite Kinder Chocolate bars. Staff are always so friendly and kind. Open until late at night which is very helpful. Can't wait to shop here with the renovations and new sushi bar. Looks a pretty store.

Just spent $45 on some eyefillet steak and my god it was discussing!there is no way it was what I paid for,you just ruined 4 people’s dinner thanks iga and don’t worry I don’t expect you do rectify it as the customer service here is just as disappointing
