LOOK at these photos! Look at them! Everyone at this adorable little store is AMAZING. What they were able to create for our wedding after just a couple of easy emails and a quite reasonable quote is nothing short of BEAUTIFUL. We didn't have a clear image of what we wanted for our wedding. I just knew the flowers had to be white and I knew that I didn't love roses. Juliette was able to offer lots of suggestions and guidance. The team even put together unique bouquets for each bridesmaid featuring different flowers as I wanted them to all to stand out in their own way. And the ARCH. Wow, that arch. I don't even have words for how beautiful it was. It's so beautiful, and I got to get married under it. Thank you everyone at Lucy Loves Charlie. You made our day so special and we're so thankful <3

The team here are so professional. I told them what I was after for my wedding bouquets and they exceeded my expectations. The design they put together and how they styled them was beautiful. At first, I was a bit unsure on what to expect as I didn't know a lot on what are good flowers. However, I now am so glad I went with these guys as the bouquets were everything I wanted! Couldn't recommend these guys enough!!

You did a fantastic job! The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and the champagne was delivered perfectly. My wife was thrilled and really enjoyed the surprise. Gorgeous blooms and wonderful service, I ordered the Morning Dew bouquet in the Extra Large size. The arrangement was really pretty and beautiful fresh flowers selected.

Juliette and the team were amazing from start to finish. The flowers for my wedding were everything that I could have asked for and more. I am so glad I chose Lucy Love Charlie, the floral arrangements, bridal bouquet and arbor were so beautiful and smelt amazing. Our guests were delighted that they were able to take the flowers home after, and we go compliments about the flowers from guests after the wedding also. I love that they listened to the theme I wanted and incorporated my favourite flowers into the bouquets and arrangements, no detail was too small. And they made the cutest flower clips for our pups to wear on the day as well. From an admin perspective Juliette is wonderful to deal with, she was responsive, and answered all my questions no matter how silly I thought they were. I can not recommend this team enough and will always go here when I'm looking for gorgeous fresh flowers. Thank you Juliette and team, you all truly made the day all that more special.

Being a local in the area, I had never used ‘Lucy Loves Charlie’ before for ordering flowers; however, given their glowing reviews and reputation, as well as their various bouquets per their website, I thought I would give them a go. However, never again. I paid a little over $200 inc delivery for a bouquet of flowers that were dying - see pictures. These flowers were a gift and when I saw in person what the person received, I was frankly embarrassed. I provided my feedback to the team a day later, and they were willing to provide some sort compensation given my dissatisfaction if I would give them a call. I gave them a call and despite their initial understanding & agreeing to a partial refund, they would "get back to me later in the week to see what they would do." More than a week passed and I get a text saying they would offer me $60 in store credit. I promptly got back to the team mentioning our phone conversation about a partial refund to my account, which some 3 weeks later has still been ignored. Just terrible service and quality all round…very disappointing.
