This florist is wonderful honestly one of the best in the Illawarra. I’m a very busy person, so I was lucky they have an online ordering option and I didn’t have to make my way into the shop. They had heaps of options to choose from, and they even sent me a picture of the bouquet I ordered before sending it out to make sure I was happy. If I ever need flowers again, I know the place to go. The pricing is great for what you get.

From the very beginning, Adele was an absolute pleasure to deal with—always helpful, friendly, and attentive to every detail of my initial inquiry. I requested a bouquet of white roses for my wedding, along with buttonholes for my father and groom, and what we received exceeded all expectations. The roses were stunning and the bouquet was finished perfectly with an elegant white ribbon. Delivery on the morning of the wedding was seamless, and the team could not have been more pleasant. Everything about my experience with Ruby Oak Floristry was perfect! I emailed with a question and was responded to right away - within minutes. Then a picture of the floral arrangement was sent to me ahead of delivery to ensure I was pleased with it. After they delivered, they sent me a quick text to make sure it was okay they disclosed my name to the recipient, as the recipient was requesting it and I forgot to include it on the card. This was so thoughtful of them to check to make sure I didn’t want to remain anonymous before letting her know! The arrangement itself was absolutely gorgeous. Overall, I was super pleased with my experience! 10/10 recommend!!

I ordered via the website late at night. Ordering was really simple which is great as it can be an overwhelming choice. The following morning I received a text message with a photo of the flowers I'd ordered, which was such a lovely touch. A short time later I received an email letting me know my flowers had been lovingly delivered. Those beautiful extra touches make such an impact! Many thanks to the Ruby Oak team!

Always happy with flowers from Ruby Oak! They’re consistently fresh and absolutely stunning. I love that you can walk in and create your own bouquet or choose from the premade ones. They are on the pricier side as most florists are but the quality and long lasting blooms make it completely worth it. I also always keep the ribbon they tie around the bouquet and pop it on my vase for an extra special touch.
