Coles Aurora Village

I had a very disappointing experience at Coles Aurora village today. I picked up dog treat bones from the rack, and the shelf price clearly showed $5. However, when I scanned the item at checkout, it came up as $13. I informed one of the staff members about the price difference. She said she would go and check, but instead of properly explaining the situation, she moved the box of bones and placed it under a $13 label. After that, she avoided me and walked away without giving any clear response. This was very frustrating and felt unprofessional. Customers rely on shelf prices to make purchasing decisions, and when there is a mistake, it should be handled honestly and respectfully. I hope the store improves its pricing accuracy and customer service in the future.

EGH. Don't bother coming to this store for a last min shop they won't let you in upto 10 mins before closing time. Staff super rude about it too, young staff probs wanted to rush off on a Friday night. Staff quoted if I let you in I won't ever go home, bit dramatic.. I was already in the store paying was just watching a staff member have a power trip. Felt bad for the 2 customers wanting to come in for literally 1 item so I had to leave a review lol. Really poor service. Half my family worked at a Cole's at some point in their life my husband for over 15 years come on now. You close at 10pm. Drainers

The staff are always so friendly and the store is always fully stocked. 10 points to the smiling staff who are always helpful with the click n collect rain hail or shine. Great work guys & girls and appreciate all the effort.

Over the years, the store has noticeably expanded its range of Indian grocery products, which reflects the changing local community. The fresh produce section is usually well presented and generally fresh. Overall, however, there hasn’t been any significant difference compared with other Coles stores in terms of product range or availability. I have noticed an increase in security measures, such as locked trolleys, upgraded checkout cameras, and now even security tagging on packaged beef. This suggests there may have been ongoing issues with misuse or theft, which is unfortunate. There are also times when items are not returned to their original shelves, making it harder to customers and staff. With the growing population in the area, the number of self-checkout machines often feels insufficient, particularly during busy periods, which can lead to longer waits. That said, I would like to give strong credit to the staff. They have consistently been polite, helpful, and professional, and their customer service is a standout positive aspect of this store.

I just wanted to post an appreciation post for the staff named NATASHA at the checkout at Coles Wollert. I forgot my coin for my trolley and had to use the basket, ended up with alot of groceries. She saw me struggling and approached me and asked if I wanted to served. She went out of her way to assist! I just wanted to say that I was very grateful to her, even though it could be small act. Her actions made a huge impact on my day. Thank you 😊

A Big Store, with a wide selection of Bakery, Deli, grocery, produce, and Dairy Products. A dedicated Aisle for Indian and International cuisines, with a weigh and scoop for both nuts, lollies, and pet food treats. Friendly Staff and a large floral selection at the front you cannot miss, best time to shop is between Thursday and Sunday.

Just moved to the area and it’s super disappointing that most meat products such as extra lean mince and roast chicken are consistently out of stock every time I have been here. Have tried twice to get roast chickens this week and have been disappointed both times. Will be making the extra distance to another shops in the hopes they know how to accurately stock!
