I ordered a bouquet from Hong Kong to be delivered to my friend in Melbourne, and I’m extremely impressed with the service. Lara frm customer service was exceptionally helpful throughout the process. When I first place the order, she informed me that David Austin roses were not available, but in the end the still managed to source them and include them in the arrangement- such a wonderful surprise! Deliver was also punctual, which I really appreciated since it was an international order. Highly recommend for their professionalism, attention to detail, and amazing customer service!

Kylie and her staff’s creativity, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of floristry shine through in every arrangement. Donvale Flower Gallery reflect high standards and friendliness, making every visit a pleasure. I wouldn’t go anywhere else — this is hands down the BEST florist in the area! Florist at Tunstall Square did an amazing job bringing my 23 year old artificial Iris' into modern arrangement. The girls are super helpful and I also picked up a beautiful vase for a gift 🎁

Recently ordered flowers for a dear friend whose mother had died. Customer service over the phone was excellent, delivery was prompt and the feedback on the floral arrangement was brilliant, they afforded comfort and consolation. Worth every $. Wouldn't go elsewhere for flowers in this area.
