Cute little florist that has just opened at Dianella Plaza. I literally stopped to smell the roses and ended up grabbing a small bouquet for the Mrs. Great range to choose from to suit all budgets and after about 5 days the flowers are still holding their own

A bit expensive but i think is like every natural thing in Australia. But good last mine and pretty gifts

They need to work on their customer service skills. There’s a very rude lady that works in there and she has a serious attitude problem. I asked her about the availability of a certain flower and she straight out snapped at me.

They had terrible customer service, even though i called ahead to place an order, they changed their mind last minute and said the flowers I ordered were being used for a bouquet. The lady was rude and the flowers were not fresh.

Asked the lady about roses and she was very rude i would have paid for a full set. She made me feel embarrassed about asking about roses. Very mean lady here.

Good choice of flowers and lovely shop. However, the employees/owner were quite rude when I asked a question about preordering flowers. Most likely won’t be returning unfortunately.
