Regularly bought gifts here for family members but I will never return, we were purchasing a book for our toddler, her father paid at the counter and we continued to do our food shop, on return to our car I was stopped by the supervisor of the store who accused me of stealing the book, after she was showed the transaction she continued to say she didn’t see me go to the counter on camera, I had already explained 4 times it was her father who paid and went to the counter. Check your cameras thoroughly before accusing someone of not paying you should also be enquiring with your staff who served us, not just blatantly accusing innocent people of a crime

Had such a good shopping experience at Nextra, a very polite generous and kind Prina served me, helped me find prices for stuff back and forth was assisting me, she is very patient and informative with a very lovely smile. Thank you kindly

We are incredibly grateful to Mel for her outstanding help at Nextra on July 30th. My boyfriend accidentally left his phone behind, and when we returned, it was already gone. Mel kindly checked the CCTV footage, then spent extra time helping us locate the person who took the phone. Thanks to her, we were able to get it back! Her kindness and effort made all the difference. We truly appreciate her support!

Being a local Dianella resident who attended Nextra to purchase my weekend lotto I attempted to pay with a $100 note. I was basically told by the male owner via the female employee that I was attempting to pass a counterfeit $100 note which they would not accept. If that’s the case then one of our local banks is passing counterfeits. He had no problems accepting my payment via debit card though?? Will refer the matter to Reserve Bank as Nextra Dianella Plaza refusing to accept Australian cash denomination which appears authenticate and no other shops refused the $100 note. Maybe because owners not making money out me using cash. Maybe should have taken to money changer and changed to foreign denomination which might helped. Residents near the Plaza maybe like me you should find another newsagents for lotto.

It's a news agency with a twist... you can buy stylish women's clothing, shoes, hand bags, and they are all excellent quality, if a little on the expensive side! But when they have a sale, be quick because it's good. They also stock a variety of gifts and I discovered to my delight, that when you spend over a hundred dollars, they give you a little pressie which is quality stuff too!

Wonderful selection of good quality gifts: baby clothes and soft toys, candles, jewelry, kitchenware, photo frames, etc. Great selection of cards and wrap too. Staff are lovely.
