Woolworths Cranbourne North

Generally, this is a pretty good store. Well stocked. Not all the staff tend to smile there, but generally, they give the service needed. I have to say, having worked in a supermarket myself in the past, I understand how it can be sometimes. I also notice few mature staff these days, and it’s generally them who give the most smiles and tend to have a small chat with customers. What I like best about this store is the availability of stock and it being close to home. It’s convenient, and really is quite comfortable to shop in. Added 12th January… I bought chicken drumsticks with plenty of date. Two days later ( still 2 days to go on it) I opened it to seperate and put in the freezer. I opened one end of the pack with the smell of rotten eggs pouring out. Yes, I should have taken it back to store, but honestly, at $6, I figured it would cost more in petrol, so bagged into plastic and put into bin and infirm the store when I eventually go in.. A first for me with meat.

Looks like this woollies sell all the reject. Lots of good produce are not found there, eg, good coffee beans, premium ham. Forget about beef, it's all reject and not to mention that twice I have been charged incorrectly by the check out staff grrrrrr. Better off trying other small shops.

Was at the check out and noticed two of the staff members pulling faces behind my back as I turned around, I would expect that from a bunch of teenagers who don't know better but in their 40's, what a bunch of looser. But thats why their still doing checkout @45 Lol

I am a regular customer . Lately I have found it annoying with only 1 teller which is the 15 and less item express open, no other tellers . Just the self serve . Being a senior it's not easy doing self serve when you purchased a lot of stuff . I have to pick out of trolley put into bags etc . Please open 1 or 2 normal cashier tellers all the time . Will appreciate that . Thanks

I will not go back for grocery in this store ever again. Got really bad experience with the staff. Firstly, the lady in the counter told us in unfriendly manner not to get a trolley closer to the counter instead get it from near the entrance area. Then, when we went there to get a trolley, my trolley token and 2$ coin is not working so I’ve asked the staff who’s responsible for the trolleys if she can help us but she refused to help us and instead she walked away in a hurry. We stood up there for couple of minutes figuring out how can we get a trolley. Not good! No customer service not felt good at all!!!

Woolworths is a convenient and well-stocked supermarket with a wide variety of fresh produce, groceries, and household items. The staff are friendly and helpful, and checkout is usually quick. A reliable spot for everyday shopping.
