Coles Cranbourne West

I love the staff so much, but I seriously cannot stand the produce here! It goes mouldy so quickly! It’s not even a fair price either, many other markets are lower price, and fresher! I regret buying produce every SINGLE time I shop here. Disgusting.

I attempted to return a few refrigerated items that had been purchased by someone who cannot read or write and accidentally bought the wrong products. It was only about 10–20 minutes after the purchase, yet Lara, the checkout operator, refused to process a refund. The issue was then escalated to the service manager and eventually to the store manager. Instead of simply handling the refund, the store manager turned the situation into an unnecessary spectacle, drawing attention from other customers and spending nearly 10 minutes arguing with me before finally agreeing to process the refund. The manager claimed, "It’s our store policy that items can’t be returned after 20 minutes," even though no such time limit exists. The whole experience really highlighted how poorly they choose to treat customers—making up excuses to avoid issuing refunds for unopened items that were still in perfect condition.

Always the experience to shop there, seeing professional service of OG workers, with a smile, Lara, whom i see working on different shifts, has many customers walk in immediately smiling and with amazing interactions, multitask, always working hard. Thank you for years of services, seeing your loyalty for this Coles, keep up the great work, well deserve a promo.

I went to Coles and it was honestly the worst visit to Coles. There was this lady 'restocking shelves' and the soft drink was out of reach so I said "excuse me could you help me?" and she just stood there talking to her tradie friend ignoring me. I don't exactly know if there supposed to be talking on the job to friends and ignoring customers but if so then I really think Coles lost a customer. Other experiences my daughter would ask where something is and they'd just tell her to go to a random place in the shop. For example, my daughter asked where the custard was and they gave the absolute wrong direction. Another time they did the same thing and my daughter found the custard and the lady asked whether she gave the right directions? I was absolutely star-struck. Please fix your services.

Coles: We've shopped at Coles Cranbourne West for years. Coles need to do more with their workers like LARA. ALWAYS FRIENDLY, ALWAYS HELPING OUT, ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP, CRACKING JOKES AND MAKING SHOPPING AT COLES THAT MUCH BETTER. She is so APPROACHABLE unlike some other stores and their workers. Lara should get a RAISE, BONUS, PAID LEAVE AND ALSO A BIG FAT CHEEKY CHEQUE 😜 Give her a raise 🙌

Great, good parking away from the busy streets. Thus makes it easy to drive to. Adjoining a meet shop and cafe. Seems all that you need is here.
