***WARNING Please don’t make the mistake I made with this business!! I recently ordered a ‘large’ box of flowers to be delivered for my niece’s new baby, costing $175. I ordered online and then called to confirm that the flowers would be similar to what I chose on the website. The lady reassured me they would be very similar, with some slight flower variations which I was okay with. My niece received the flowers and sent me a photo of them to thank me. I was shocked to find that they looked like a box of supermarket style flowers that I wouldn’t pay more than $50 for. They were also a different colour and definitely not a large box. I called to complain and the manager asked me to email him a photo of what I ordered and what I received and that he would rectify the issue by 2:30pm that day. I did as was asked and never received a reply. I was fooled by the professional looking flowers on their website! I asked for them to remove these misleading photos on the website which they haven’t! Shame on this business! It is completely unacceptable to mislead unassuming online customers in this way! Especially customers like myself ordering from interstate with no leg to stand on!
