Zeneli Flowers is honestly elite. You can tell they have been doing this properly for decades, everything is fresh, clean, and actually put together with care, not just thrown in a wrap. Kathy is the best part. Super warm, sharp, and somehow understands exactly what you mean even when you barely explain it. No upsell, just real help and the end result is always better than what you had in mind. If you want a florist that never misses, this is the one.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Zeneli Flowers. From the moment we walked in, the staff member lady was rude and spoke to us in a condescending manner, making several unnecessary and unkind remarks. We were simply asking for help and her opinion while choosing flowers, and we did not expect to be treated so poorly. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Additionally, the pricing was disappointing. I’ve seen much better value at other florists, and there were extra charges even for something as minor as one additional ribbon. I would not return, as I wouldn’t want to be treated this way again.

This was the worst florist and woman I have ever dealt with and I wish I had read the reviews before going. I called this florist as it was late and I desperately needed a teddy for my grandchild to give to his mother in the morning. The lady that answered said yes we have many teddies. WELL when I got there Yes there were many but only three different types of which there were multiples. I asked to see one that was on the third shelf she said it's $80 ... I said well if I like it that's ok ... she reluctantly grabbed it. It was horrible so I chose one of the other teddies. I grabbed a card and I asked if she would wrap the teddy in clear cellophane. She said oh that will cost you $150. I said no thank you paid and walked out. NEVER to return again. I hope others read this and never step foot into this place SHE is RUDE and I only bought the teddy out of desperation. I had to give a star only because it didn't allow you to post unless you rate but it does not deserve any!!!!

What can I say. My fiancé comes every celebration and more a year. I can’t be more excited when I see him coming home with something hidden behind his back. Not only are the flowers beautiful, they last a long time and the service is amazing. Thanks so much for taking care of my man when it comes to quality flowers. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Shocking experience to say the least Customer Service was extremely dismissive unfriendly uncooperative. Selection of flowers On the floor was not Fresh and The service Service non-assistant refused to sell the Fresh flowers in the cool room. Would rather buy flowers from a supermarket than this store

I never write reviews, seriously never. I think I’ve written one review whilst having my google account. I had to write one for this store, I came in here to buy flowers for my partner, the person working there had to be one of the rudest and most standoffish people I’ve ever met in my life. She was extremely blunt, a complete lack of care, and when I asked if she could put the flowers in a water bag she outright said "no". Then when I asked how long they could last without she just blew off my question… I’m confused, if you don’t want to work there.. why work there? Seriously, go anywhere else if you have any other options, I left there scratching my head as to if I’d hurt this person in a past life
