I ordered flowers and chocolates on line for a family with a newborn. The website and process was simple and easy to navigate. The gifts and flowers were delivered on the same day as ordered. The recipients were very happy and I have received a photo and a video chat and they look absolutely amazing.

I stumbled upon Janine Florist while browsing the web for funeral wreaths. There were a couple of designs that piqued my interest. I was initially apprehensive because of the occasional poor reviews associated with online orders so I went in person to make the order. I was pleasantly surprised, our interaction has been nothing but pleasant. The flowers were beautiful! I would definitely recommend this florist.

I love calling up the company and talking with the friendly phone operators. Always thoughtful and generous, my bouquets last for weeks afterwards. I’ll order from them every time

I was totally blown away by the kindness Janine showed when it was thought flowers I ordered had not been delivered to the hospital. It turned out they had but had been overlooked. Janine sent a second arrangement just in case. Amazing service. Thank you Janine.

I needed flowers for a friend and having been displeased with the price/ flower quality at another Canberra florist, I went and saw Janine. She was literally locking the door on a Saturday afternoon after what was probably a long, busy day and kept the shop open for me to pick out an absolutely gorgeous and reasonably priced bouquet. Wonderful old-fashioned service, really beautiful flowers, lovely choice of helium balloons at a competitive price and cute cards to match. Fantastic florist shop which I’ll use again. PS- a few nasty reviews here. Not sure they’re genuine. This place is fantastic.
