To the elderly man who refused me service and entry to your shop this morning because I went to the tobacconist first. Not friendly at all. I waved to you and said I will be back before crossing the road. You tried to enforce rules on me that don't exist. Where does it say I can't visit another shop before yours. No worries I will be informing the other 300 staff I work with not to visit your shop either. I did not film anything, although in hindsight I wish I did. You obviously have issues with the other shops around and take it out on their customers. I gave a friendly wave to your staff member and said I will be back. Your shop and carpark where completely empty, it was 0720 in the morning. I had intended to enter your shop, hope your CCTV got that.Your staff member was yelling at me whilst I crossed the street and took photos of myself and my ute, then he was calling on the phone when I returned to buy strawberries. I wouldn't call that a friendly community encounter. Is that how you treat your customers. Your focus on the customer parking has unfortunately taken your attention away form the real reason you became a greengrocer in the first place. To have customers I do not recommend this shop

Wow! Can not thank Caboolture Fruit Supplies enough! They went above and beyond for me to find large lemons (which is very hard) for my TV shoot and they did not disappoint. Appreciate you guys finding these for me literally saved my day! Thank you so much

Always a great selection. The best and juiciest pears you will ever find, and lovely service. Things are not too expensive - absolutely come here over any supermarket.

I would not recommend shopping at this store. The first time we visited, we were not greeted when we entered, which I didn’t mind at first. However, when another customer came in right after us, they were welcomed with a friendly "hello" and a smile. Throughout our time in the store, I felt uncomfortable because the staff member kept staring at us. (First time I used car park) On our second visit, I parked in the back lot and had to run across the street before entering. When I returned to the car, my mother and kids were waiting inside, and my mother felt very anxious because the same staff member was taking pictures of my car and repeatedly walking back and forth staring at the car while talking on the phone. (I'm guessing to get it towed, as there is a towing sign). After hearing how uncomfortable my mother felt, we did not enter the store, nor will we be purchasing from this store again. (The last time I used the carpark) Although I appreciate that this shop is locally owned and we like to support local businesses, our experiences were unsettling. We lived in the outback for a very long time and respected and only purchased from locally owned. ****The following comment from the owner further highlights the disrespectful interactions and unsettling behavior exhibited by this individual.**** Image for reference purposes only. I support local business and find the staff here very friendly and helpful. The produce is also excellent and the shop is always spotless. Also love the jams and chutneys and working my way through the varieties. Favourite so far is Tomato Relish and Beetroot relish. Highly recommend.
