Seasons IGA Burpengary

I'm giving 5 stars based on a few things. 1. Impressive range of gourmet foods. Maybe not cheap, but omg so tempting to treat yourself. 2. Was looking for a particular product and had actually rung three other different places searching for it, none of whom even answered their phones. Not only did these guys actually answer the phone, but went the extra mile to look down the aisles to double check my item was there. 3. Fabulous and friendly service from the lovely Ann (hope I spelt her name correctly)

Well, unfortunately for me, I decided to hop on into this store this morning and grab a bacon and egg muffin from the not very hot box. Taking the first and absolute last bite, I was extremely disappointed in finding a cold offering where even the muffin wasn't even toasted but ice cold. It was like chewing on a sponge . Never again, and that's $5 down the drain . Not happy, Jan. Update,I contacted the store to let them know of my disappointing experience and was informed I would be contacted by management within 48 hours. Did that happen? Nope. So this once a week routine shopper at this location has now found a new spot.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Such a beautiful store! Seasons IGA Burpengary is honestly one of the nicest supermarkets around. The store is spotless, modern, and beautifully laid out — it feels bright, fresh, and so easy to shop in. The fruit and veggies are always super fresh, the deli and bakery smell amazing, and the meat section is top quality. The staff here are lovely — always smiling, friendly, and happy to help. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in keeping the store looking so nice. Even when it’s busy, it never feels cramped or stressful. It’s got a great mix of everyday groceries and specialty items you don’t see in other stores, and parking is easy too. Prices are fair for the quality and service you get. Overall, such a pleasant shopping experience every time — clean, calm, welcoming, and honestly just a beautiful store. Definitely my favourite IGA!

I love(d) this place and went all the time. The service levels from the young assistants was non-existent today. Bring back the lovely older ladies and gents. Kids were more interested in yapping to each other than providing customer service. They've lost a loyal customer.

This IGA has a lot of upmarket items. Some items are more expensive than the big chain store but they also have unique items such as this candy bar to mix and match your sweet treats after your dinner. Check out staff was friendly and chatty. Would pop in to look for bargains if in the area.

One of the best Iga’S I’ve ever visited Consider it a market full of surprises, this one. A desert paradise if you will. I have spent well over than I would plan whenever I enter here, beware of good findings.

Friendly staff great range convenient location Easy store layout plenty of trolleys always clean fresh fruit and vegetables Checkouts always open for service which is awesome And plenty of self service options aswell if that's your style
