Jessica at the Burleigh branch was amazing. Excellent customer service skills, very easy to communicate with and friendly. I highly recommend her and the prompt service provided.

I’m incredibly disappointed with Roses Only. I placed an order for our anniversary, and not only did it not arrive, but there was also no communication or update from the company. I paid extra for fast delivery, and despite calling several times to follow up, the flowers never showed up. This has completely ruined our special day, and I won’t be ordering from here again. Unreliable and unprofessional service. Edit: They have arrived after 5 phone calls and 48 hours later. Pretty average looking bunch of flowers.

The most magnificent white roses. They became even more beautiful as they opened up in the following days. Worth every penny.

Very disappointed. Ordered the flowers 09.15 with hope as promised they would be delivered in time as paid and promised for. That didn’t happen and the flowers were left over weekend in an empty office. Thus several attempts to contact Roses, even during the day, I never heard anything back. First and customer definitely not returning customer
