I was lucky enough to receive the most beautiful bouquet recently. My husband decided to surprise me last minute, and shop owner Kelly put together a lovely and colourful arrangement (with no notice) on one of her busiest days of the year. The flowers lasted for so long too! I have also purchased a plant for a gift from Amanda’s Flowers - it was wrapped and presented so nicely - my friend didn’t want to take off the paper and bow! I highly recommend this little Florist in Blackwood. Quality products and excellent service from the new owner. I’m going to start purchasing from this shop more regularly - it’s so nice to have fresh flowers in the house again!

We have been purchasing flowers from Amanda for just over a year now. Every other week the morning starts with the "Blackwood Crawl": Amandas Flowers, Akkerman's Bakery and then Hearth Bakery. Wonderful way to kick off your weekend by the way. If you are reading this, suggest you try it. Typically we arrive at Amanda's when she opens and all the flowers and bouquets are fresh and ready to go. As a business owner myself, I value the customer service and product above all else and she always delivers. After a year, she knows who we are, what my partner and I like for flowers, and is always providing great ideas which are clearly in line with our tastes. She pays attention to details and gets it right every time. Might add she is an incredible person and has a great grasp on life, great for advice now and then and has provided some invaluable business tips. Definitely worth the chat with her. Another huge selling point is that we only purchase flowers every other week as the arrangements last so long. We get two full weeks of beautiful and fragrant flowers to greet us every morning and when we walk through the door. Happiness and spring time year round! The Oriental Lilies last forever and always smell wonderful. Thank you Amanda.

The worst florist and customer service I've ever experienced! My workplace kindly sent me a bouquet of flowers, on the extremely tragic death of my mother, which I was present at - traumatic. Unfortunately my workplace had no idea of any florist in the area. The day the lady who own's this place, delivered my flowers, savagely attacked me at my door, threw the poor excuse for flowers at me, screamed in my face, that she had wasted 30 minutes trying to find my address, yelled at me for my mother dying as it was a busy week and shouted profanities at my face. I was in shock, had absolutely no idea what was going on, who this stranger was, my neighbours had been confronted by the same angry and nasty owner who battered there door down- they were going to ring the police it was so very bad - Shocking person and business, the worst customer service I've ever experienced and to swear at your customers, who are deep in shock, and curse them because your business and you don't know your local area or can't follow a google map, is disgusting! Don't buy from here if you want a smile, actual customer service and no abuse!
