Really excellent service! It was easy to place the order and the prices are very reasonable. The person I was having the flowers delivered to happened to be away on the day of the delivery. The florist contacted me and let me know they would create a new bouquet to be delivered when they were home. Thanks again.

I telephoned to ask if they had white lily's and baby's breath. I explained that this was a bouquet that I needed for later in the day and my husband would pick it up. I was not asked for money or deposit etc, it was just an enquiry. When my husband arrived, it was already made up as per our brief discussion on the phone, and a card was included for the birthday. 5 star customer service, 5 star presentation and very happy birthday girl!
