Natalie - you’re amazing, I had to urgently organise flower's for a funeral in record time before boarding a plane! She understood the assignment and panic in me and just got stuck into making it happen. Flowers were gorgeous- thank you Natalie- really appreciate your help. Easy to order online and delivery on the same day was arranged in less than 2 hours! I ordered a medium Cherry Blossom bouquet. The flowers looked fresh. I would have expected more flowers though for a medium sized bouquet that costs $110.

The Flower Merchants were fantastic! I placed a last minute order the night before for a friend's birthday flowers and they were delivered early the next morning. The SMS updates and tracking provided comfort knowing that my gift arrived safely. The flowers that arrived were also beautiful and fresh - can't recommend enough!

Purchasing flowers online can be challenging at times. Purchasing flowers online to another country and hope they arrive in time for a funeral service is more than challenging...try nerve-wracking! So of course I had to physically call Australia (from US) to ensure the delivery would be made in time...Flower Merchant calmed my nerves!!! Not only were they kind and professional listening to me, but they also repeated back to me, instantaneously, not just verifying my family's name, the church, and the address, but the woman even read back the note to me on the card!!! Who does that?? Thank you, Flower Merchant, for not only calming my nerves, but the wreath and stand that you put together was beautiful...even better than we anticipated! Arranged for flowers to be sent to my niece for her birthday. Flower Merchants were terrific. The website was good so it was easy to select flowers and arrange for them to be delivered the next day. Delivery was efficient and provided a great tracking system including a photo of the flowers in the location that I requested they be left. My niece was very happy with the flowers and that they were in a vase they could use again! Many thanks Flower Merchants!
