Spring Flora

Stopped in on Valentines Day to grab some flowers for my lady, took it home and she loved it until she put it in a vase and found fake flowers taped to a stick. Spent $150 on the bunch. DISAPPOINTING!

Very unprofessional. I visited twice and on both occasions the three ladies serving were back bitting and mimicking customers as soon as they turn their back to walk out. I find this soo unprofessional especially when working in customer service, you’re there to help a customer choose and you have to be patient. Not make fun of the customer even when they’re still in the store and taking the bunch off the customer passive aggressively then slam the bunch of flowers on the bench and serve the customer with an absolute attitude. The customer didn’t even answer back or say anything she appeared to be too shy. I would not recommend this place and made me turn away from buying twice. There was a male which appeared to be the owner on two occasions was just standing there and watched the laddies carry on.

Flowers are gorgeous and lasted me so long. My daughter ordered me flowers for my birthday and they were stunning. Would highly recommend this store.

i visited last week as i had an engagement to attend to, i thought the shop looked nice but to my disappointment, it was not…very nice. not by the looks, but the customer service. i was being served by khadija, i got her name by another employee, she was very disrespectful and was getting cocky when i asked about the flowers i wanted. When i walked away to look at some other flowers i heard her talking about me in an unpleasant way. Also another employee named julie was openly vaping at the front desk while customers were being served she also was the one talking to khadija about me and other customers in a un polite manner. I will not be coming back DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I bought my wife dozen roses for Valentine's Day 14/2/22 for $180 and they didn't even last 2 days. I am a local and will never buy any flowers from them again.

I visited this flower shop yesterday, and I was beyond impressed with the service! The staff, especially the gentleman who assisted me, was incredibly helpful and attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed. The flowers were fresh, beautifully arranged, and reasonably priced. Excellent service all around—I highly recommend this shop!
