After a disaster with another florist, I phoned Sarah this morning and ordered flowers to be delivered to my Mother in Law today for her birthday. The request was bright and cheerful for a 70+ year old woman. I am super impressed with the flowers that were sent out. They are absolutely beautiful and delivered in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again.
Sarah at Jenny Burke florists created a beautiful bouquet for my mums birthday, it was a while since I had used this florist and they didn't disappoint. I live in the UK so was communicating via email and telephone. I can definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future
I loved their service. I called them after an awful experience with another florist who cancelled my order last minute and Jemma was extremely sweet and understanding. She was 9 minutes away from closing for same day delivery but without any hesitation she accepted my order, assured me that it will be delivered in an hour; she handled my concerns very patiently and even called me back to confirm that the delivery was completed.
I was so impressed with the wreath I ordered online for my aunt’s funeral. It was just beautiful & such good value for money. I would definitely recommend this florist. Many thanks.
I received the most beautiful box of flowers I've ever seen. I will definitely use this florist in the future. Also very reasonably priced. I ordered a similar boxed arrangement recently with another local florist and they cost a lot more than these ones and were nowhere near as beautiful or bountiful. Thank you ❤️💐
I was in Ballarat for a sad occasion and found Jenny Burke Florist via maps. It showed very good ratings and they are spot on. She had a number of very reasonably priced bouquets but insisted on making up a bouquet to suit my taste and needs, which she did in less than 10 minutes. Very accommodating, friendly, helpful service and well priced especially in the city area. Definitely recommended.
Gemma was super helpful, friendly and efficient. She made sure she understood what I needed, then despite my call mid afternoon, was able to give me same day delivery. Definitely my first call if I need flowers in Ballarat again. Thanks 🙂
