No respect or dignity given to my Dad, ( my dogs were treated better ) No empathy given to myself or Mum, treated better when dealing with a dog cremation.

Trying to speak to a human has been impossible. I even get the same message about how busy you are when your not even open. My trust in you has cracks. Are any humans even there at all, to answer calls?
This is such a beautiful place .
Why are you not open on the weekend. Today is mothers day and i can't go to visit my mothers grave.
