Fantastic service from Siobhan in the balloon department about 30mins ago. Incredibly efficient, informative and great creative design. She kindly helped me with my 3yr olds dinosaur themed display. Thanks so much.

Do not go here to inflate your own balloons. I brought my own to match my one-year-old’s birthday theme—6 latex and 4 foil balloons—and was charged $42. I later found out only 3 latex balloons were actually inflated, and the foils were "too small" for Hi-Float. On top of that, they charged me extra for the wrong foil size and $2 per balloon just because I brought my own—which was never explained upfront. In the end, I paid $42 for basically 3 balloons. Staff were also rude and unhelpful. Total rip-off.
