The flowers I received bore no resemblance to what was advertised and were completely disproportionate to the price paid. It felt like extremely poor value for money. I contacted customer services by phone on six separate occasions. Each time I was told to email, which I did repeatedly. I was then informed that my emails had not been received. While on the phone, I asked them to send me a test email, none arrived. I then asked them to email my husband instead, and again nothing came through. This level of service is wholly unacceptable. Customers should be able to trust that what is advertised will be delivered and that genuine concerns will be addressed promptly. My experience has been extremely disappointing.

What a scam! Absolutely avoid! Photo of what it was meant to look like and the actual - including relative comparison to a bottle of kambucha. For $184 - what a rort! Just embarrassing! Buyer beware! Never again! I have sent an email - no response - no refund. Message below about trying to contact - but no contact, no customer care. Please refund with urgency.

I have edited this review from 5 star to 1 star because the flowers that turned up were nothing like the ones I ordered. I ordered "50 blooms of surprise bud roses in mason jar (deluxe)." But what I got was 8 flowers, without a jar. I ordered a full size greeting card. But what I got was a greeting written on small piece of cardboard. I ordered Belgium Truffles. I got sent cheap cadbury chocolates. Thanks for ruining the anniversary of my mother's passing way.

The item delivered was completely different from the flower arrangement that was selected and sent as a gesture of sympathy after a loss in our family. Very disappointed, as was the sender. Black and gold biscuits and single serve chips is hardly a substitution for flowers!

Thier delivery driver delivered to wrong suburb 50 mins away, these were a gift to me for Valentines day.Was sent proof of delivery responded wrong address, then sent google street view of where I live. He turns up after 9pm so they had been sitting outside in the hummidty no call even though had my number or even knock at door.The card had the page stapled instead of glued and product looks nothing like it was on thier website and the red roses look half dead an squished.The person who ordered the flowers who happened to be in WA was spoken rudely on phone as he tried from his end to sought out. Do not recommended this company especially one that has so many bad reviews.

Flowers are delivered on the promised day, but after 5 pm, a bit too late for a birthday gifts. Flowers looked fresh, however I was expecting a bit larger bouquet for 140$ (I’ve picked "supersize" version out of 3 possible). Flowers in the bouquet do not match description, Gerberas replaced by chrysanthemums and lilies are replaced by carnations. Overall look and colours are followed, but not getting my wife’s favourite flowers was bit disappointing

SCAM website! I wish I could give zero stars. My father ordered me flowers for my birthday — and somehow this company "couldn’t find" an address in Sydney. Seriously? Every delivery platform auto-populates addresses. They returned the order to their "warehouse" and then told me I’d have to pay an extra $15 delivery fee… unless I left them a 5-star Google review, in which case they’d waive it. That is despicable!!! The flowers finally arrived three days late at 8:45 pm, which is a ridiculous time to deliver a gift. For $65 plus delivery, what I received was shocking — six flimsy sad pathetic short-stemmed closed rose buds with a single miserable sprig of greenery. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!
