I had to do my order over the phone as we were travelling. Ian and staff made it so easy for me. I was ecstatic to receive a photo of the bouquet before delivery. THAT has NEVER happened before when I have ordered from other florists. It looked so amazing. The recipient of the bouquet was blown away by how beautiful it was. It was delivered on time.
