Paid $55 for this bouquet that is in a terrible condition. Shopkeeper was pushy for me to buy and didn’t want to make me a fresh bouquet. I didn’t realise how terrible the flowers were until after I’d left. The whole situation left me feeling scammed. I would certainly recommend grocery store flowers over this florist.

Great service, reasonably priced succulents and very cute arrangements! 🫶💛🤩 Bought this cutie patootie succulent gift for $30 at 8pm, the shop lady was very sweet and thorough with explaining the care. She was also thoughtful and wrapped it for us as we said it was a gift. She also gave us a her number and told us to ring if we were ever running late and wanted to grab something. Overall this service is not something you can just pay money for. The shop lady is a genuinely kind person and it shows in her work and her products and services. Definitely come here for your gifts and flowers 🥰💐🌷

I came to order a corsage for.my sons formal. I've spoken to a lady at that day and she was lovely.. I told her I want black flower (hydrangea) with some white on it. Because that was the theme of their formal. We agreed and it was $50. Came in today to pick it up. A gentleman came an handed me this box that looks like its been sitting there since yesterday. The white flower was wilted, bruises, and had a blue stained.on some of the flowers and ribbons. When I said this is not what I asked and it's not worth $50, this guy started getting angry and screaming and aggressive. And I told.him.theres blue stains everywhere and he said that's not blue!!!. He started saying no one complains but me and started grabbing the box out of my hand ,aggressively. I told him what choice to.i have it's 4 pm and I can't get anyone to.make.me.new.one. The rudeness and unprofessionalism of this guys is out of control. People are willing to pay for more than what ever, but we deserved to get what we ordered, how we want it. I don't care if you're the owner of this place, ppl deserve respect!!!! IM.BEING NICE TO GIVE THIS GUY A 1 STAR!!!

Bought flowers here for my partners birthday and they died within 2 days. Clearly not fresh flowers despite selling them at the price of fresh flowers. I’ve bought flowers from Woolworths that have lasted much longer than this

Gorgeous flowers when picked from the shop floor. Have never pre-ordered flowers so not sure if quality would be different. I took a point off because they are on the expensive side (almost unessissarily).

I was there long time ago but still remember Kitty and Allen who treated me so good. Always miss them to get together and try to catch them up very soon. See you there in 2024. Take care by then.
