Amazing Graze Flowers

Very disappointed with my recent flower purchase worth over $400. This is the second time I’ve ordered this particular arrangement, and once again the quality did not match the price or expectations. For a premium-priced product, I expected fresh, well-presented flowers that looked like the advertised photos. Unfortunately, what was delivered fell far below that standard. The overall presentation and condition were not acceptable for the amount paid. At this price point, customers deserve much better quality and consistency. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously and improves their standards moving forward.

Pearl at Amazing Graze Flowers in Ascot was absolutely wonderful. We recently lost my father and my mother was not liking any of the options of casket sprays offered by the funeral home and as it was early January not many florists were open. Except for Amazing Graze Flowers. Pearl was able to take the photos of inspiration my mother had found on the internet and crafted a beautiful "manly" spray featuring my mother’s requested Sea Holly. This pleased her greatly on such a sad day. I could not recommend Amazing Graze enough for their care and attention to detail in such a difficult time.

Quality of flowers in my last 3 orders has been disappointing. Broken stems in rose bouquet and fewer blooms in two same type orders, with a protea that has passed its best use by date. Maybe it is time to try a new florist.

Angel did an amazing job for our wedding flowers. During the consultation she was very helpful and listening to what we were looking for. Putting forward suggestions etc. We also had other items we wanted on the guest tables which she offered to arrange for us to make everything look perfect. And it was. We got so many compliments on the flowers. Thank you Angel and team!

Overall a relatively negative experience. Having called to confirm that delivery would be before 4pm, and including it as a comment in the order as requested, the flowers didn't arrive until after 6pm (causing us to have to wait around for them to be delivered and be late to an engagement). Moreover, the flowers that we received, having placed an order for the "Trust Us Bouquet", we've found that the flowers were quite wilted and old (see photos). Overall, not a florist we would recommend from a reliability perspective, which is sad because I used to trust this business with my important milestone flowers.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS FLORIST… I placed an online order, flowers were delivered, the recipient (and myself) were extremely disappointed. The arrangement appeared smaller than the image on their website, some of the flowers were limp, some were partially dry. I called them multiple times, calls diverted to a recording and I was unable to leave a message. I drove to the florist which was 15 minutes away from recipients house- they had closed early. I called their Sydney number & was able to leave a message. The following day I received a phone call, I told them of my complaint & was asked to send an email with photos. 24 hours passed and no reply so I called again. Spoke to another person who relayed my complaint to the manager (who would not speak to me) They said they would send another arrangement however it would not be in a box like the initial delivery- I asked why? The reply was we already received the box- they would send fresh flowers. The flowers that were delivered was a small arrangement- definitely not $75 worth!! Calling again was futile as once again there was a recording and was not able to leave a message. I had also left a message on instagram and never received a reply. Please don’t waste your money here, this business obviously does not value their clientele nor understand the meaning of offering good customer service!!

I booked my delivery for Sunday 15/02 and was happy with anytime before 7 (as mentioned in their email), i waited all day for the delivery and nothing came. i then tried calling at about 7:15 to get an update, but of course they were closed and i couldn’t get through. 3 hours later I get a text message saying they have arrived at my front door. AT 10pm??? I’m lucky i was still awake I understand they were busy with all the last minute Valentine’s day deliveries, but a simple ETA update letting me know they’re running behind schedule or even advise a reschedule would have been better than leaving us in the dark all day. Flowers were beautiful but this put a bad taste in my mouth…
