What really impressed me is that each rose comes individually packaged with a small water sachet at the base to keep them fresh, plus you receive two additional items to help maintain the water. A week later and my roses still look incredibly fresh! The packaging is just beautiful - so classy and elegant. You can tell a lot of care goes into the presentation. The bears are so lush and premium quality, and the sweets/snacks included are delicious. Everything feels thoughtfully curated and high-end. Delivery was completely seamless and super quick. I ordered the day before Valentine’s Day and it arrived the next morning without any issues - which is seriously impressive!
