Tasty food with a slightly modern twist. Worth a try, but not one I’d rush back for. Stir-fried steamed noodle sheets: First time seeing this at a Vietnamese restaurant. Reminded me of pad see ew with its sweet-savory sauce. Thin sheets of rice noodles and liked the generous balance of veg and meat to noodles, though a little on the oily side. Broken rice with grilled pork chop: The pork was tender and glazed with a sweet sauce, rather than lemongrass. The pork egg loaf was the standout for me, soft, comforting, and full of flavour.

Came for broken rice pork chop and I gotta say it's pretty good. I got here when it just opened and ordered pretty quickly. Maybe cuz it just opened but I noticed it did take quite a while for food to be made and also a decent portion of the menu wasn't available. The pork chop was grilled well had that smokey flavour to it. I didn't feel the fish sauce was a bit underpowered and needed to be a bit stronger.

I’ve always been a big Vietnamese food lover, and this place not only keeps the authentic flavours but adds so many layers on top. The Cheesy Plum Sweet Potato and corn 🌽 with salted egg… actually 😍 obsessed! But my fav is the Broken Rice + Seafood Noodles 👀🧚 — the seafood broth is so flavourful I felt like I was swimming in the ocean 🐙

Newly open Vietnamese place in Strathfield that has a few influencers recommending it which probably has caused the queues. I went for the pork chop with broken rice, a bit different to the usual one you get as this had the sauce coated on the pork chop making it a bit like sweet and sour pork. This made the outside of the meat a bit softer compared to usual. Pretty good sides with some pork fat cracker. Overall decent but I prefer the normal style where the seasoning is grilled into it. I would have again but not quite worth the wait.

The food is really great. We came initially for the pho special (topped with bone marrow) which had a really crisp flavour, not too sweet! The oysters and fermented salsa scallop sides were also standouts. I was pretty impressed so came back to try the "feed me" (home style) menu and then the char siu wonton noodles (dry) on other days. Big fan of everything I ordered so far and would like to make my way through more.

First time coming here, came for dinner on a Thursday night, it was a bit chaotic with staff running around everywhere and the seating is a bit tight. Ordered a pho tai and it was great! Food came fairly quickly, soup was savoury, noodles were bouncy and beef was fresh and didn’t taste frozen. Happy to come back again, I’m sure they’ll iron out their issues and become a solid viet restaurant!

It is so good to hear/know the people behind this newly opened place are back. Just like how we have kept coming back to their food in the previous place, we'll definitely be back again to this one! There are other options that we couldn't fit in our tummies so we'll be back. This place serves some of the OG Vietnamese cuisine with some mods!
