the gym is incredibly good, it’s very clean, you have a lot of space and you can do your session quietly without problems 😍 and the staff is extremely kind and very observant and welcoming coaches 🥰 Je suis française et cette salle est juste la meilleure salle où j’ai pu m’entraîner !!

I would never recommend this gym. The front desk staff were extremely rude, unhelpful, and showed very unprofessional behaviour. We went in for our first visit, and the woman at the front didn’t greet us or explain anything. Even though we said we were happy to wait, she refused to help us sign up. There was no manager available, and no one seemed to take responsibility. The way she spoke to us felt resistant and discriminatory, which made the experience even worse. Very disorganised and disappointing overall.

Not long ago, I spent 6 months in Sydney and chose this gym with special care. I am very happy with the time and people I spent here. The staff is very helpful and for any help I needed. This is my first encounter with training without an instructor. However, everything went well because the devices are perfect and very clear with all the instructions. Cleanliness in the gym is at a very enviable level, bathrooms, changing rooms, machines, wow. It smells everywhere and in every place. Ah, yes, the special benefit of fruit at the end of training. The membership fee is very reasonable. Special thanks to Daniel, Po, Thant and other employees. Thank you once again, you are the best and I will come again

Great gym with clean facilities, friendly staff, and a motivating atmosphere. The equipment is well-maintained, and it’s never too crowded perfect for daily workouts 💪

Came through referral of existing member on 17-Jan-2024 at around 7:45 PM to sign up for membership, but there was no staff in the reception. The opening hours suggests the staffed hours are 9AM-9PM which was clearly not the case. I also waited for 1 hour and left at 8:40PM just in case the staff was on break but no one came until then and i had to leave. Definitely not the best first impression that you’d want to make on a customer. I understand there could be staff shortages but the staff should at least leave a sign/note in the reception to avoid the trouble for the customer. While i was waiting i saw one more customer coming in to start a membership through referral but he had to walk off because of the same reason. Thank You

Gym is very convenient and accessible from Stratty station. Staff is helpful and gym is clean! More choices of equipment would be wonderful !
