We had the wedding of our dreams at the Abbotsford Covent assisted by the PRG on the last day of summer '26. Alisson Abas looked after us the whole journey and I couldn't have been happier with her positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail. She jumped in on the action, was always helpful to all guests / vendors and more importantly made the bride and groom feel truely special on their day. She handled unplanned situations with leadership - such as a crisis moment where the ceremony was running late and assuring everyone in that moment that we'll still make things work. She handled my little son perfectly, calming him down as he was over hyped with the waiting time and he produced the most beautiful walk. She looked after all our guests with care and always with her beautiful smile. Please get Alisson to help you with your big day!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. My wife and I recently got married at Butler Lane in Richmond, VIC. We had an absolute blast - and Jen Nguyen and the team made everything a breeze! Some people also commented it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding before, and the venue is just stunning! So so happy we picked this venue for our special day.

We just had the most perfect wedding we could have imagined at the stunning Abbotsford Convent. The whole Peter Rowland team blew us away with their service from catering, to coordinating, to just being there to hype us up for the day - the wedding planning felt seamless. Show outs to Charlotte who had the warmest welcome to the venue. Gabi was a star during the whole planning process making us feel so at ease as she was so organised. Followed by Ali who was so lovely, meticulous and supportive to work with during the rehearsals and wedding day. The suppliers list came in handy! The food and wine were delish! We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better venue and team to help with our wedding day, it was truly magical. Thank you so much and we can’t recommend you guys enough! xx

We had the wonderful team at PRG help plan the wedding ceremony of our dreams at Abbotsford Convent. Jennifer was so friendly and showed us everything during our initial meet & greet. Then Gabriella took it home and pulled off the best event for us. Another huge thank you to Kate who was the onsite co-ordinator of the day! What an amazing team and couldn’t recommend the Convent more!

Alisson was incredible to work with for our event (memorial service). She showed compassion and true empathy required in the situation and made me feel at ease throughout the process, especially given it was a quick turnaround. Everything was seamless on the day, the team were all really willing to help out and provide excellent service but didn’t ’take over’ the event either. I would highly recommend Peter Rowland and want to say a specific big thank you to Alisson, who really understood our needs and was a joy. I know our whole family really appreciated the effort put in.

I strongly advise against using this organisation. Paying $1,750 for the Good Shepherd chapel and receiving almost no support is completely unacceptable. Communication was consistently poor by Gabi, being told by Gabi that she could only confirm if we could use the Heritage garden 1 week before our wedding is ridiculous. Our booking was clearly treated as a lower priority. The last‑minute change (4 days before our wedding) in event management and the disorganised coordination with Abbotsford Convent made the whole experience stressful and unprofessional. Save your time and money. would not feel comfortable recommending.
