From the lady greeting at the door to the wait staff and of course the chef, service and food was outstanding. The most memorable was the arancini balls. Absolutely delicious!! We will be back for sure!
My wife ordered the Moolooba Prawns last night. What came out on the plate were 4 prawns!!!!! It was supposed to be a main but it was definitely only entrees size for $38!!!!! I could have bought a kilo of prawns for that! They were only medium size. There were 2 tiny Cherry tomatoes on the plate with tiny fluffy bits of Lettuce! The prawn heads were bigger than the prawns! She said they were cooked lovely but that was all. She was left hungry at the end of the very tiny and very expensive meal.
The Bower Tree bistro restaurant looked after our party of 18 guests for lunch very well. The menu options were plentiful and the food was very nice. We appreciated that the food and drink bill was able to be paid for individually by our guests. The staff kindly allowed us to decorate the tables for our end of year Christmas function.
Always enjoy our meals here. Service unobtrusive but attentive. Diverse menu with something for everyone and one can be selective with pricing. Desserts are a real treat and well presented. A favourite is the Crème Brûlée and who can ignore a Rhubarb and Apple Strudel!!
Most beautiful place to visit for lunch! Better pizza than the pizzeria across the road by far. Can’t wait to come back again 😍
Had a fantastic experience at The Bower Tree. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were amazing – friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming. A special mention to the concierge lady who even called us on our way home with the answer to a question we had earlier. That level of service really stood out and made the experience extra special. We’ll definitely be back!
