Was not very pleased with the fact that once a deposit is put down the item isn’t ordered. So when I paid the final amount I was expecting the item to already be ready in stock but it wasn’t and set me back over a week. For example when I put a deposit on my food trailer it was built and sent here and once ready here I paid the full amount and picked it up that day. The system you have running isn’t the best as it only benefits the owner not the customers experience. I wouldn’t have cared as much but I didn’t feel there was much sympathy or empathy for me and the position I was put in. The lack of communication made it worse. If I was recompensed in some way I would’ve felt justified or at ease but it just didn’t feel genuine. I’m hurt as I was very happy dealing with you guys at first as you were pleasant but it felt like once you had the money there wasn’t as much intent on caring for my needs. I hope this changes in some way in the future as money isn’t the most important thing in the world.
