Sapphire Beach Holiday Park

This caravan park is a gem! It had all the amenities needed. The place was well kept and clean. Very child friendly. The staff were lovely and so accommodating. We had great weather over the February/March period. Added bonus - great coffee van! Would love to come back again one day!

We really enjoyed our stay.|The van was ideal size for my family and great value for money. Beds were comfy, bathroom had basics we needed, loved sitting on balcony having family time.||The park had all the facilities needed to stay entertained and cook dinner. We appreciated the 4 bbq and 2 stove tops, plenty for everyone.||Great pool, great size, good to have the warmer one, very clean. ||Great location to the beach and plenty of walking tracks around to go exploring. Easy drive up to Moonee market for essentials and dinner options.||We would stay here again if we come back to Coffs Coast.

We loved our experience at Sapphire Beach Holiday Park. We felt safe and secure so we could really relax. The park surrounds were well kept and there were lots of birds. The bathrooms were so clean and the water pressure and temperature of the showers was 10/10. It is only a short walk to the beach and it's uncrowded. The park is easy to find and not far from the main road, but you don't get traffic noise. We were there during school holidays so there were lots of families, but kids were all well-behaved and quiet by 8 p.m. We slept so well here! |There are play areas and game rooms, etc for the kids, but we didn't check these out as we don't have kids. (The pedal cars looked fun though.) The laundry facilities are great and there is a huge area for hanging out laundry. The reception/office is well appointed and has drinks, ice cream and snacks. It was easy to book and communicate. We got a text message with the code to the entry gate and it was easy to come a go.

I would give ten stars if I could. My husband had a medical episode while staying there, and the staff were kind and compassionate , offering practical help before I even knew that I needed it. They made me feel safe when unexpectedly camping alone. Add to this the position just a short walk through vegetated dunes to a gorgeous beach, well maintained and lovely facilities and the other campers who were friendly and helpful and you have a great place to stay.

Pros- location access to beach! The unpowered sites are right next to the beach! Amenities are new and big, clean, well maintained, large showers with hot water and excellent water pressure. Coffee van in morning, vending machine at office, pool, playground, tennis court, bball court, mini golf. Plenty of shade and trees! Bird life magnificent - keep an ear out for black cockatoos as they fly over!! Cons - a bit on the pricy side but you are paying for the amenities essentially. Beach is pretty dumpy so be cautious as not patrolled. Would stay again

We had a very disappointing experience with this caravan park! We had a shared booking with another couple, who had to pull out. Therefor their booking got transferred over to us. We received zero communication, confirmation emails, texts, etc. When I called regarding our credit (which was a large amount) we were told it expired after two weeks!! We were not informed about any of this and they more or less just said bad luck and moved on! I stay at at least 5 parks a year and have never dealt with anyone that runs their parks like this. Very disheartening and will never stay here now or recommend to anyone!

Well maintained park with beautiful clean and recently upgraded amenities block. Had a lovely welcome and would go back again without any hesitation. Pleased to be able to put grey water onto the grass. Plenty of washing machines and not overly priced.
