Macquarie Waters Boutique Apartment Hotel

We had a wonderful stay here. The 1-bed apartment was very spacious, clean and the kitchen had great facilities. I was really impressed by the pool and ground floor jacuzzi area, really relaxing. The rooftop area was excellent as well, we ate dinner up here twice and watched the ocean front views. The staff were all really friendly, and we slept really well here. Nice apartments!

Stayed there for just under a month. The reception of guests arriving outside of business hours requires improvement. The rooms are spacious, with self catering facilities, however, the cleaners do a poor housekeeping job as they would do nothing except change the linen, half of the time, they will not restock condiments or toiletries. Despite my long stay, they never cleaned my living room or bathroom which is not what professional housekeeping entails.

Room was tidy, tho had weird smell. Smart TV's but no Foxtel or movie options, one tv lost WiFi connection. Room was tidy, however bed didn't have Doona covers on doonas, just top sheet, Doona, top sheet. Weird.No interaction with staff as late check in so can't comment.

We had an excellent stay at this very well-located, well-maintained property. As the name implies, there are Hotel rooms and Apartments. I highly recommend the apartments. They are most spacious, are well-furnished and lacking in nothing. Tens of restaurants are within a 5 to 10 minute walk, as are shops. The water is just a couple of hundred metres away and visible from some of the apartments. There is secure parking (free) for residents. There is really nothing lacking and much to admire about this serene property. Highly recommend it.

I booked a two bedroom apartment for two nights. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a cook top, and even a spa in the bathroom. The location is excellent which is close to the city center. It has its own secured car park. It's close to the beach. But there is also a swimming pool of 1.2 meter deep and a spa pool which are very suitable for the kids.

We stayed 3 nights, our room was spacious and clean. Very close to shops,restaurants, Cafe and the beach. As you opened the door you can smell the freshness of the clean environment. The only downfall the fridge is small and no microwave.The staff are very friendly and polite. I highly recomend staying at Macquarie Waters Boutique

I’m normally I don’t like to make a review but this Been so disappointed in our work trip this time with the service in hotel not friendly reception I been asked her nicely to the old lady today morning about the noise from neighbours and just ignored my question even no water in the room and we have to buy awater from outside , I thought this time can release my stress from long !!! long day , nothing impressed for us everything is old , for this prize better pay for courtyard hotel 10 times much better better , never be back a gain for this bad experience will recommend to friends ‘n family ,
