I don't know why it's taken me so long to come here, because it's been there for years. I wish I had gone sooner! The prices are reasonable, staff super friendly and food excellent. I had the Waldorf wrap which was excellent. I'll be back!
Highly recommend this cafe 😍 They have one of the best customer service, so friendly and lovely ladies who always welcome you with their beautiful smile 🤍 If you looking to have fresh food and great coffee this is the right place to go to 👌🏼
What a great cafe, food was nice and hot and the bacon was cooked to perfection and my coffee was just the right amount of awesome. Staff are so welcoming always smiling and having a chat to make the cystomers day just that little bit special.
I love going to Cafe Fred for my great bucket-o-coffee and delicious banana bread and the fantastic and wonderful service I receive that makes you feel very welcomed so thank you to all the staff in front and back in the kitchen for making a wonderful,pleasant and memorable experience every time I visit your cafe.

Staff were so warm and friendly. Service was quick. I ordered a jaffle (an Aussie classic!) with baked beans and cheese. The flavour was fantastic. Tumeric and other sources added a warmth and depth of flavour. It worked really well. Very tasty. Great coffee. Food on display was fresh. Good decor and vibe. I wish I lived locally so I could come back and try more of the menu.
Lovely Cafe right in the top of High St Penrith!! Pretty easy to find parking compared to Cafe Upstairs. Caring, friendly thoughtful, helpful wait staff, looks like they are part of the family not just employees!! Bosses: treat your staff like these girls and your business will THRIVE!!! Really casual place, chairs and wall benches don't really encourage you to stay long though!! Plenty of coffee and soft drink options, all day 'no rules' menu, (breaky all day any way you like it!!) reasonable prices (actually my favourite gluten free cashew vanilla slice is $0.50 cheaper than their other Cafe Upstairs!!!). Meals look very tempting and very well priced. Check out the blackboard menu for yummy specials. Gotta try it out!!
