Timezone Parramatta

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Timezone Parramatta! The venue is clean, well-organised, and has a great range of games for all ages. What truly made our visit exceptional was the staff—they were friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with a smile. A special mention to the venue manager, Ellie, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Her professionalism, warm attitude, and attention to detail really stood out and made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. It’s clear she genuinely cares about both customers and her team. Thank you to Ellie and the entire Timezone Parramatta team for such a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a great time🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

We recently celebrated my son’s birthday at Timezone Parramatta, and it was absolutely fantastic! All the kids had a blast, and by the end, even the adults turned into kids and joined the fun. 😊 Our party host, Rojan, was outstanding — super helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to make everything smooth, from assisting the kids during games to cake cutting. Thanks, Timezone and Rojan, for making it such a memorable day for all of us!

Today me and my family went to Timezone Parramatta. Worst experience of my life on the first day of New Year 1/1/2026. So many games were out of order and staff can’t do anything about it🧐. It’s a small place. Last year we went to Villawood Timezone, it’s a big place and had very good experience.

Timezone Parramatta is a well organised, spacious, clean venue with a great selection of games for all ages. Some games aren’t well kept E.g. Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 6RR (a popular Japanese street racing simulator) had faulty gear shifts (unresponsive) and loose steering wheels. Which have been in this condition for months now. MaiMai (a popular rhythm game) had some faulty parts. The right, left cab had a broken button. Making this game difficult to play. The right, right cab had loose parts inside of the buttons that could do with a fix sooner rather than later. But overall, the MaiMai cabs are in good condition. The community at Timezone Parramatta is welcoming to everyone and I would recommend for families and children who want a fun day out!

Dilara & Rihanna truly went above and beyond to make our day so special. From the moment we arrived, they were polite, friendly, and incredibly attentive — not just with the kids, but with all the adults as well. They accommodated us so well and made everything run smoothly, which allowed us to relax and really enjoy the celebration. Their warmth, patience, and professionalism did not go unnoticed. We will absolutely be recommending this place to friends and family. Amazing service and a huge thank you to both of you — great job, girls! 👏✨

We celebrated my son’s birthday at Timezone Parramatta and it was such a great experience! We booked Party Room 1 which was the perfect size for around 20 kids plus adults. Our host was amazing – so attentive, always checking in with us and spending time with the birthday boy throughout the party. Everything ran so smoothly and both the kids and adults had the best time. Highly recommend for parties!
