The Oven
The Oven at Club Parramatta offers a versatile dining experience, blending casual comfort with generous portions. Known for its family-friendly setup, including a kids’ play area and a dessert bar, it caters well to groups, with options ranging from hearty steaks and lamb to Asian-inspired sides. The self-service buzzer system streamlines ordering, reducing wait times, while the spacious seating ensures comfort during busy periods.
Service tends to be efficient, though peak times may require reservations for large parties. While the menu delivers solid value with varied choices—like tender lamb kebabs or a well-regarded chicken Parma—inconsistencies in dish accuracy and occasional undercooked items have been noted. The bar and additional dining options enhance flexibility, making it a practical choice for gatherings or quick meals.

We went here for a family event, I highly recommend booking as we did- especially for larger groups as most tables were reserved when we came in. Service was quick and friendly and everything we ordered was great. The table ordered a variety; steak, lamb, pasta, pizza, seafood- all was great value and everyone was happy with their dish and there was plenty on the menu to choose from. There’s a small kids play area and a great bar here too as well as an Asian restaurant you can order from and enjoy at your table as well.
We attended The Oven at Club Parramatta for Christmas Day dinner. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. The atmosphere was great and the food arrived fairly quickly. One lamb main was partially rare to the point it was raw and couldn't be eaten. Quite costly for the meals but worth going.
The Oven is located inside Club Parramatta. It has alot of variety on the menu and very generous servings. You order at the counter and you’re given a buzzer when the food is ready. There is also a dessert bar. You can make a reservation for a table and there is parking at the club. (Upon entry get your parking ticket validated at the main bar for free parking). I had the lambs kebabs. They were perfectly cooked. The lamb was tender and the flat bread was very fresh. My partner had Schnitzel with vegetables and mash. Will be back to try more options next time.
It was a decent meal for some solid pricing but I can’t complain. Ample amount of seating but can get busy during events. It’s weird but the chips you order on its own seem to taste different to the chips you get that accompany your meal. Not necessarily a bad thing but there is something to it. Would go back as there are many options to choose from including an Asian side that we didn’t get to try.
Thus restaurant has gone down hill fast. Used to be very good and now is absolutely terrible. I had a chicken burger that was terrible and the bun had been frozen for too long and thawed out in a microwave giving a cardboard text around the edges and soggy in the middle. The chicken screwers were under cooked on the inside and burnt on the outside. I wil most definitely not be coming back
This place can get super busy on a Friday or Saturday night so I recommend booking, especially if you have a big group. They can accommodate large groups of 15+ people. If you want to get fast service, then I also suggest that you use the QR code to access the menu and pay for your meal at your table instead of lining up. The line-up to order can get very long and you can skip the line by ordering at the table. The food is pretty good given that they pump it out at volume. The chicken Parma is really good. It's thick and juicy and comes with just enough sauce and cheese.
The so called 'Fiery prawn' pizza came out with 5 half prawns, 2.5 cherry tomatoes, no bacon pieces as per the menu and had no spice as per the fiery claim. See the pictures for what the menu shows vs what we got. Overall very disappointed and not value for money at all. Won't be ordering from here again. Woka Fella is alot better value for money and offers better food.
