Arafura Catering Equipment

Bought a cutlery set which started rusting within the first week of owning. At first, they were helpful in replacing the knives. Once I realised the new knives also started rusting along with the original forks and spoons I requested a refund. They refused to replace the whole set instead saying that it was water marks. I even offered to buy an upgraded set if they could take back the original. After doing more research its better to buy a stainless steel 18/10 as opposed to 18/0 (set I bought). Please don't make the same mistake I did.

I got a Goldstein PF628FF burner oven from this place for around $8,500 and in in over a year all the parts started to get faulty. fire oven range sparkers stopped working and to replace and repair most of the internal parts including the pilot. costing nearly another $500. I feel like the quality of the equipment was very poor and had to repair almost everything in just a year. Not only that but when i purchased a brand hand blender for $1750 it was already damaged straight of the box and when I told them about it they tried to blame it on us while they sold damaged products and brand new equipment. In my kitchen i have used almost every kitchen equipment from Arafura trusting on this but so far I am very disappointed. This comes from a kitchen Chef with 20+ years of handling kitchen and kitchen equipment working from cafe to 5star hotels using this company's equipment but now the quality of service and products has gone downhill.
