Ordered vietnamese salad thinking it was going to bun cha but yea tasted brilliant just need to be more authentic and offer it with noodles then I'd give it a 5
I have ordered food here 3 times now. I have never been impressed with the food. It is very over priced. I came back here because my friend said they have pork crackling. What I got was quite disappointing. The pork belly was chewy and tough. It cost $17 for the salad + card surcharge. And a little container of salad dressing. This will be the last time I am getting food from here.
Had the crispy pork Banh Mi. Probably the best Banh Mi in the Central Tablelands/Central West.
The trang hue food truck comes to Forbes once a month. The pork banh mi is a winner 🏆 My only regret was not ordering more. See you again next month 🫶

Friendly service. Yummy food. Not a big fan of the Pho. I love, love their spring rolls, pork with noodles and pork bao buns.
The customer service is shocking and really needs some work the ladies who work there are all sooooo rude and for some reason the prices are constantly going up and the food is getting worse I don’t think I ever want to go back because I literally feel unwelcome there and really just don’t want to pay $14 for x2 baby bao buns..! a little clean up would do you some good also there were bugs crawling around the counter at the back where they have the drink section
