We had an amazing experience with Big Flavours Catering for our wedding reception canapés! Big Flavours was recommended to us by our reception venue, and we honestly couldn’t be happier! Sam was very professional, had great communication and made the whole process very smooth. We had a great selection of canapés and they were all incredibly tasty, we received compliments from so many of our guests about the food! Timing and professionalism on our wedding day was also exceptional, and our canapé service ran very smoothly. We had a wonderful experience having Big Flavours cater for us for my husband’s 40th. Sam and the team were professional, easy to work with and made the whole experience so positive. The canapés that were served were delicious and so many guests commented on how great the food was. The food came out constantly and the addition of a substantial canape for all guests left them full and satisfied with the delicious meal. The food was cooked so easily at home, there was no mess to clean up afterwards and the service was excellent. Highly recommend Big Flavours. Big thank you to Sam and the team!!

Big Flavours did the catering for our wedding and the food was delicious! We had canapés, entree and mains and our guests had many compliments for the food - especially the kangaroo tartare! My partner and I also loved that there is a wide variety of options to choose from. Sam was very responsive and accommodating throughout the process, even with my request to organise different cutlery. I knew going with Big Flavours was the right choice from the moment we met Sam for our tasting as he was very organised and passionate about his food. Communication was excellent from start to finish, incredibly helpful with my many changes to the menu. Staff arrived promptly, and the service throughout the night was fantastic. My guests love the food, and the kitchen was left immaculate at the end of the night. It was such a great way to relax and spend time with my guests. I will use this catering service again in a heartbeat and friends and family are already asking for contact details.
