Zeus Street Greek Macquarie Centre

Zeus Street Greek is a solid choice if you’re after fresh, flavour-packed Greek street food in a casual setting. Their pita wraps and bowls are generally tasty, made with good quality ingredients, and they offer plenty of options including salads, chips and sides, perfect for a quick lunch or relaxed dinner with friends. Many diners enjoy the bold Greek flavours and fresh produce that stay true to the brand’s reputation.  That said, my experience was slightly mixed. While most of the menu hits the mark, the halloumi I had was noticeably saltier than expected a bit overpowering and not quite balanced with the rest of the dish. Despite this, the overall food quality and portion size are still impressive relative to the price.  Service at this location is friendly and efficient, and the vibe in the food court area feels lively without being rushed. It’s a great casual spot for Greek food, and I’d happily come back to try more just maybe ask for the halloumi to be less salty next time!

Location: Level 3 Macquarie Centre near the exit (towards the Uni & Metro station) Service: Staff were polite and understanding. Food was collected in under 10 min. Order: A Falafel Spartan Bowl with Falafel, greek salad (cucumber, feta cheese, tomato) and pita bread for $15.50. No eggplant dip (Melitzanosalata) received and a 1% surcharge was received ($15.66 as payed by card). This unfortunately preventing a 5 star rating. Verdict: The food was very tasty, and decent portion size. A good find for Greek fast causal food in shopping centres.

Had some delicious food as always , I finally left a review for them because the friendly John is serving me. Ivy , Bethany and Tamara at the back cooking away. Even tho there were so many orders but they make each one so delicious. Thanks guys

This was the worst pita wrap I’ve ever had. The fries were dry, and the lamb was overcooked and lacked any flavour (the lamb is just burnt) — even after I paid an extra $3 to upgrade the protein. The kitchen staff didn’t seem professional; one of the chefs was yawning, covering her mouth with her hand, and then immediately touching the food again. This is unacceptable, especially at Macquarie Centre, a high-traffic location. Please hire more energetic and professional staff, and improve the food quality. I was really hungry and had high expectations for a quality pita wrap from this store, but I was so disappointed when I opened the box in my office and saw what I got.

Service was good... manager was nice but the food presentation and change in the way the lamb is cooked.. won't be going back. 2 pics below.. 1 what I got the other at a different Zeus. For a place I always visit I was absolutely shocked to see what I got and how it looked. Both Lamb

Their name "Zeus Street Greek" accurately describes what they serve - quick, simple, tasty Greek food in a casual setting - instead of more elaborate restaurant fare. If this is your expectation, it matters not whether their offerings look exactly like what you would find on Greek streets. The menu has a variety of pita wraps, bowls and plates with various chargrilled meats, salads and dips, including vegetarian and vegan options. On a recent visit, I had a spartan bowl of chargrilled lamb with a refreshing green bean salad that's a nice balance to the rich lamb, and pita bread. I found the adequately sized meal tasty and satisfying. On previous occasions, I have tried the chargrilled chicken spartan bowl, and a few different pita wraps, and found them just as nice. Service is simple, quick and friendly - order and pay at the counter, and your food comes reasonably quickly, depending on how busy it is at the time, as they manage eat-in and takeaway customers, and a steady stream of delivery riders picking up orders. Atmosphere is relaxed but lively, with upbeat background music that's not too loud or annoying. It's a place for a nice quick meal or takeaway that's reasonably priced.
