Amazing customer service every time! The ladies have great product knowledge and go out of their way to help and find the right solution or product no matter how small or big the order. So helpful and friendly.
There's a big sign on the front saying "Open to Public" with a note saying to call them if you want to look through the store. Every time I call the number the phone gets picked up and I get hung up on. Disappointing. Went around back and asked for them, shown and told that they have no stock and don't know anything about catering.
This was one of the most unfortunate retail experiences i have experienced in years , the operator was so rude and if i had not had a friend with me i would have walked out . We both decided that it was a never return experience, some folk should just stay in the warehouse and avoid interacting with the paying public
Great store, always giving great advice and also has great prices!
