Sea-Salt & Sage Catering

We had Sea Salt and Sage cater a long lunch for my sister’s hen’s weekend and I could not speak more highly of them. Leah, Gianna and Lachie went above and beyond for us - absolute dream team! Every single dish that came out was delicious and everyone has been raving about it since. Not only was the food absolutely incredible, the service was too. We could not fault them if we tried, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the future! Thanks again team!

We had a lunch date at Winmark Wine and the catering could not have been better. The flathead,salad and truffle Fry's were to die for. The staff from winmark and Saltwater sage were just great. Highly recomended

Salt and Sage did my wife’s parents birthday and the food was absolutely amazing!!! could not have been happier. the lead up to the event was also so easy and hassle free. Highly recommend!

Honestly, if I could give Leah and her team 10 stars out of 5 I would! Leah was an absolute dream to work with and bought our dream wedding menu to life. Our guests are still talking about the food from our day, weeks later. Nothing was too much trouble for Leah, and she’s such a relaxing and calm presence on what is a busy and exciting day. From the initial talk with Leah she was so warm and welcoming, explained everything to me and made everything a breeze. The food variety was SO hard to select from and I’m sure anything I would have picked would have been perfection. Not only did Leah and her team do an amazing job on the day they blended in so well that they felt like family, Leah was a star with my family joining in for celebrations around the table and greeting everyone with hugs. Nothing was to hard and every single person commented on how beautiful the food was presented and how amazing it tasted. As it was small event we had friends and family walking around coordinating, Leah always made sure they were welcomed with extra food on their way around the property for all their efforts and made sure extra food was provided for vendors and kids before they even knew they needed it. When my venue failed me on my wedding morning Leah reassured me that she was going to do anything to make my day perfect and she swooped in and saved the day, I am forever thankful. At the end of the night I was told of a couple of hiccups Leah and her team were faced with on the day, they were SO professional and swift in making changes to accommodate that I would not have been aware unless told otherwise. Everything was left in perfect order from the team on their exit. I want to book more events just to hang out with Leah and eat all her amazing food. If you’re looking for the absolute BEST option and food that tastes like ‘Nonna cooks at home’ then book immediately.
