The Food Prep Group Narangba

5.9

The Food Prep Group Narangba offers a wide range of products with efficient and friendly service. However, the venue can be challenging to locate due to minimal signage and an address listing discrepancy, which may cause some confusion.

Delivery services are generally prompt and well-packed, but there have been instances of incorrect addresses leading to inconveniences. Communication may not always be reliable, which could pose issues if problems arise. Overall, the experience is mixed, with notable strengths in product variety and service attitude.

The Food Prep Group Narangba has a rating of 4.1 out of 5 based on over 9 reviews on Google

The delivery parcel had a different address to what was confirmed in the order and I had to drive over 20km and 2 suburbs over to collect the parcel after paying $20 for delivery. I tried to contact them asking for a refund on the delivery fee but was completely ignored. Would not recommend!

It's under a different name and labelled as 32 not street number 34, so it was a bit hard to find. Otherwise it's great.

Kelli Donnelly ☆ 4/5

Large range. Friendly service. Very hard to find. Signage is minimalist.

Amaxtez ☆ 5/5
