Excellent. Loved the food. Had Goat Qorma, Chicken Mughlai Handi, Loaded Fries, Pani Puri, Roghani Naan, Falooda, Gajar ka Halwa. Fresh n delicious. Although we were early, it was too hot inside. Food also took ages to get served. Omar n Amann were kind n helpful, especially Omar. Good parking space n easy to locate.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. I had clearly ordered veg biryani, but I was served non-veg biryani with chicken pieces instead. This is completely unacceptable. This is not just a simple mistake — it is a serious matter. Serving non-vegetarian food to someone who has specifically ordered vegetarian food can hurt religious, personal, and emotional sentiments. Such negligence shows a lack of responsibility and respect for customers. It took almost an hour for the order to be prepared, and to make matters worse, I only realized the next day that there were chicken chunks mixed in the biryani. This is shocking and deeply disturbing. I expect strict quality checks in the kitchen to ensure such incidents never happen again. This kind of carelessness damages trust and reflects very poorly on your restaurant. I hope you take this complaint seriously and provide a proper explanation and resolution.

Absolutely amazing experience! The food was full of flavour and tasted so authentic. Every dish was perfectly spiced, rich, and fresh — you can really tell they use quality ingredients. The butter chicken was creamy and delicious, and the biryani had the perfect balance of spice and aroma. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick and professional. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, making it a great place to eat with family or friends. Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for delicious Pakistani food — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have visited this place many times and tried both the a la carte menu and the buffet dinner. Every experience has been consistently excellent, and the food quality has always been impressive. Their Sunday buffet is one of my favourites. The variety is huge, and the sweet dishes are especially good. There’s always something new to enjoy, and everything tastes fresh and well-prepared. The staff and service are outstanding. They are friendly, attentive, and always make sure customers are looked after. It’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back.

We visited Lal Qila Restaurant for iftaar with high expectations, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. The food quality was extremely poor. The mutton, in particular, was unacceptable — it had a strong, unpleasant smell and tasted off. It honestly felt like the meat was not fresh at all. For a restaurant that claims to serve premium traditional cuisine, this was shocking. Iftaar is a special time, and people come with family expecting quality and hygiene. Instead, we left feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. The management seriously needs to improve food freshness and quality control. We will definitely not be visiting again unless major improvements are made.

The staff and the food are exceptional. Omar consistently shows respect for our needs and always goes out of his way to accommodate us. Authentic Pakistani food . We loved the kebabs our favourite was the Murg Malai kebab and Shish kebabs. We also tried the Karai goat and chicken. Thankyou Omar and your team for the great service. Will definitely be back.
