A Beautiful Celebration of Food, Family & Tradition I had the pleasure of attending the grand opening of Nick’s Negozio today and what an incredible day it was. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was full of warmth, community, and the amazing smell of fresh pasta in the air. The shop looks absolutely stunning. The fridges and freezers are fully stocked with Nick’s full range of handmade gnocchi, fresh pastas, sauces and more. There’s also a great selection of ready-to-eat options like arancini, fantasia, and panini — all fresh and full of flavour. You can truly feel the heart and passion behind everything here. It’s clear how much love has gone into building this business from the ground up. Watching Nick go from making pasta at home to opening his own factory and shop is nothing short of inspiring. If you haven’t tried Nick’s products yet, now is the perfect time. Everything tastes like it was made with love, and it’s such a joy to support a business that’s so rooted in tradition and community. Huge congratulations to Nick and the team. What a milestone.

I ordered panini sandwiches from Nick’s Gnocchi and Pasta for catering, and they were amazing! Everything was incredibly fresh, delicious, and high-quality. Our guests loved them, and the portions were perfect. The whole experience from ordering to pickup was smooth and professional. Highly recommend Nick’s for anyone looking for great catering and fantastic food!

I discovered this hidden gem completely by chance and thank goodness I did! The moment I stepped inside, I knew this place was special. The authentic pizzas, Nick's homemade pastas, those amazing arancini balls - everything is exceptional. Nick, you've truly revived traditional Italian cuisine in our area, and I couldn't be more grateful. You're a fantastic person, and it's obvious how much pride you take in every dish you create. Brilliant work, mate - keep crushing it!

I enjoyed Nick's gluten free gnocchi and used it in a plant based dish. Very filling. Will definitely buy again. We bought it frozen and cooked it from frozen.

Nicks Negozio absolutely hits the mark when it comes to there service, when it comes to preparing the dish, pick up or delivery or even the aftermath ! My family and I have gone to Nick to cater our functions multiple times and there is one thing for sure there is never a fault from any guests about the dish. Authentic to home, I know I’ll never go anywhere else for my gnocchi and Lasagna and couldn’t recommend anywhere else more 😋

I tried Nick's pasta for the first time today. The crab & ricotta ravioli were delicious. I placed an order online for pick up. The process and service was easy and friendly. I look forward to trying Nick's other products. Thanks!
